Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed & out for delivery will not be cancelled.
  • We do all efforts to process the orders on time with a TAT maintained, however some medicines go out of the stock & we have to cancel the order from our end.
  • There are several reasons we may cancel the order i.e. credit card authentic problems, stock unavailable, issues with prescription.
  • If in any case the order is cancelled from our end then our customer care executive shall inform you through call & email.
  • If your order is cancelled and your credit card is charged then thee refund shall be done within 3 working days 7 the amount will be credited in your same credit/debit card.
  • If the order is cancelled from your end due to unavailability of the customer at the shipping address or denying the order then the shipment charges will be deducted from the amount paid by you.
  • If you want to cancel the order then you must inform our customer care executive by telephone & email. The order will be cancelled only if it has not been shipped, i.e. within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • In the event of cancellation from your end, you will be refunded the total amount only if the order has not been shipped & the amount will be credited back to the same bank from which make the payment.
